Studio Beige — Tania Crawford LLC d/b/a Studio Beige (“we,” “us”) — operates studiobeige.com and our boutique at 36468 Emerald Coast Pkwy, Ste 6102, Destin, FL 32541. This policy explains what we collect when you visit our site or shop with us, and how we use it. The short version: we collect only what we need to serve you, we never sell your personal information, and your card details never touch our servers.

What We Collect

  • Order details — your name, email, shipping address, and phone when you place an order or create an account.
  • Payment — processed securely by WooPayments (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number. If you choose Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Affirm, Klarna, or Afterpay, your payment is handled under that provider’s terms.
  • Browsing analytics — we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, general location, device). This is aggregate, not used to identify you.
  • Cookies — small files that keep your bag saved and the site working; analytics cookies as above.

How We Use It

  • To fulfill and ship your orders, and send order confirmations and service emails.
  • To respond when you contact us, and to keep your account working.
  • To improve the boutique and, only with your consent, to send occasional news from the studio. You can unsubscribe anytime.

Who We Share With

Only the partners needed to serve you: our payment processor (WooPayments/Stripe and the express-pay provider you choose), shipping carriers, our website host, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp (our email platform — used only if you opt in to studio news). Salon appointments booked through our reservation system are processed by Boulevard under their privacy policy. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Your Choices & Rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep, like tax records). Email hello@studiobeige.com and we’ll take care of it. Our site and store are not directed to children under 18.

Keeping It Safe

The site runs over HTTPS, payment is handled by PCI-compliant processors, and access to order information is limited to the small team who fulfill your orders.
