Every piece in our boutique is chosen and cared for the way we care for our guests. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — simply, and without fuss.
Because our collection is personal care, opened or used products can’t be refunded — but within 30 days we’re happy to issue store credit so you can find your right match. If a product arrived damaged or defective, that’s on us: contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
For hygiene, hair accessories (clips, pins, and the like) and brushes & combs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless defective.

For mail-backs, we’ll confirm the return address and instructions. Return shipping is the guest’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item — we cover those).
Once your return arrives and is inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; store credit is issued as a Studio Beige credit code by email, valid in the boutique. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Gift sets are returnable only complete and unopened.
The same policy applies — returns can be handled right at the counter on your next visit.
