Founder & Creative Director
With over a decade of experience and more than 6,000 transformations, Tania is recognized for her natural, seamless approach to luxury extension artistry and modern hair enhancement. As a Kacey Welch Master Certified Artist, she trained at the highest level of extension methodology in the industry — a credential held by only a select group of stylists worldwide. She is also Great Lengths certified and an American Hairlines certified provider of non-surgical hair replacement — custom hair systems, toppers, and wigs for clients experiencing hair loss or thinning. Her work spans celebrity clients, television, and film, rooted in European standards of refinement and timeless beauty. Beyond the salon, she is the founder of Shadowing On Demand and the 100K+ Luxury Stylist Retreats, mentoring stylists worldwide in artistry and business growth.

Master Stylist
A master stylist with 18 years of industry experience, trained at the Vici Aveda Institute in Milwaukee. Jennifer's expertise lies in elevated extension work and custom color — specializing in hand-tied, sew-in, and k-tip extensions paired with lived-in blondes, rich brunettes, and beautifully balanced reds.
Olivia Hyder
Stylist
Born and raised in Fort Walton Beach and a graduate of the Elite School of Cosmetology, Olivia brings fresh energy and a meticulous eye to every service. Currently training alongside master stylist Jennifer Perlewitz, she is developing her craft in extensions and color while creating a welcoming environment where every guest feels confident and cared for.

Hairstylist & Assistant
A recent hair school graduate with over a year of hands-on industry experience working alongside Tania Crawford, Faith is especially drawn to extension artistry and inspired by the transformative power of hair — both in how it looks and how it makes someone feel. Her attention to detail and genuine care make her an essential part of the Studio Beige experience.

The newest addition to the Studio Beige family, Yana brings a refined eye and fresh perspective to the team. Her dedication to the craft and passion for creating beautiful, natural results make her a perfect fit for the Studio Beige standard of excellence.
Zoe Dimmel
Stylist & Colorist
Born and raised in California, Zoe's passion for beauty began at a young age while helping her mother with clients in her home salon. Watching the confidence and joy that came from helping women look and feel their best inspired her own journey into the beauty industry.
As Tania's personal assistant, Zoe is receiving exclusive, hands-on training directly from Tania — learning luxury extension artistry, bespoke color, and the Studio Beige standard from the master herself.
With a passion for creating effortless, elevated hair, Zoe specializes in personalized color and luxury hair transformations designed to enhance each guest's natural beauty. She believes beautiful hair should feel both timeless and wearable, allowing women to feel confident, polished, and empowered in their everyday lives.
Known for her warm personality, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous education, Zoe takes a thoughtful approach to every appointment. She is dedicated to creating a customized experience where each guest feels seen, heard, and cared for from the moment they sit in her chair.
