Welcome to Studio Beige. These terms govern purchases from studiobeige.com and use of the site, operated by Tania Crawford LLC d/b/a Studio Beige, 36468 Emerald Coast Pkwy, Ste 6102, Destin, FL 32541. Placing an order means you accept them.
All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We work to keep the boutique accurate; if a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel or refuse the affected order and will refund you in full if payment was taken. Availability is not guaranteed until your order ships.
Your order is an offer to purchase; it is accepted when we send your confirmation. We may refuse or cancel orders where we suspect fraud, error, or misuse. Florida sales tax is charged on orders shipped within Florida and on local pickups.
We currently ship within the United States: $20 standard shipping, complimentary on orders of $200 or more. Complimentary pickup at our Destin atelier is available at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier’s confirmed address or at pickup.
Our full Refund & Returns Policy applies to every order — 14-day refunds and store credit through day 30, unopened and unused, by mail or in the atelier; hair accessories and brushes are final sale.
Payments are processed by WooPayments (Stripe). Express and installment options (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay) are provided under those providers’ own terms and approval.
If you create an account, keep your credentials secure and your information accurate. We may suspend accounts used in violation of these terms.
The Studio Beige name, imagery, and site content belong to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Brand names shown in the boutique belong to their respective owners.
The site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law; we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing here limits rights you have by law. Please review product ingredients before use; discontinue use if irritation occurs.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida; disputes belong in the state or federal courts serving Okaloosa County, Florida.
