Some scents announce themselves. Icila leans in and whispers. No.14 is Maison Louis Marie’s warm floral built on an oil base, which means it settles into skin instead of sitting on top of it, giving you that close, worn-in radiance the eau de parfum only hints at. It opens bright and a little sunlit, ruby grapefruit and mandarin leaf laced through jasmine, then softens into Bulgarian rose, dark plum and osmanthus before it finally rests on patchouli, vanilla flower and sakura. The trail is quiet and unmistakably yours.

The oil format is the whole point. It layers beautifully over freshly styled hair and pulse points without the alcohol bite, so it never fights your color service or dries the ends. How to Use

Roll lightly over warm pulse points, wrists, the sides of the neck, the collarbone. Skip the rub; pressing wrists together bruises the top notes. For a longer wear, glide it over lightly moisturized skin, and mist the ends of your hair from a distance if you want the scent to follow you as you move.
