Perfumer Jerome Epinette builds it like a real choux a la creme: a bright squeeze of citrus peel over pillowy fresh cream, then a heart of vanilla bean and fleur de sel caramel, softened at the base by sandalwood, cocoa, and mocha. How to wear it
